Ashleigh began her career in the health and wellness industry at just fourteen years old. Her unrivaled work ethic and unquenchable thirst for knowledge and self-improvement laid the path for her remarkable success at such a young age. She currently holds three American Records and a number of other national records in the sports of Crossfit, Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting. Ashleigh is also a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, a L1 Precision Nutrition Coach, and is currently pursuing her undergraduate degree in Business: Digital Marketing and Advertising at Liberty University.
As an competitive athlete, Ashleigh believes that a balanced diet and tailored nutrition plan are critical, yet often overlooked aspects of any training program. She is dedicated to enhancing her knowledge of the fitness and nutrition industry through independent and collaborative research, learning from other industry leaders, and has obtained various certifications so that she can bring the most current information available to her clients.
Ashleigh founded A-Hub Nutrition in 2015 in order to bring her knowledge and passion for nutrition and exercise to her clients in a way that gets them excited about their program. Her goal is to teach her clients how to fuel their bodies in a way that is both fun and sustainable, taking into consideration lifestyle habits, fitness goals and other influential factors. She believes your nutrition and training program should support your lifestyle, not control it.
